You shouldn’t consume more orange juice daily. People with diabetes or people who want to lose weight, better limit their daily sugar consumption. If you’re an athlete, you may need more energy, though. In this case, sugars from fruits are great, as an energy source.

Moreover, the World Health Organization recommends not to consume more than 25g of sugar a day.[5] Although, this rule stands for added sugar in processed foods, you better avoid excess sugar intake, even if it comes from healthy foods, such as orange juice.
